Grey Matter
An ongoing collection of grab-bag projects. No particular rhyme or reason; a mix of past projects & randomly inspired stuff I’ve made.
I believe that reflecting on process and progress is vital to—and often a catalyst for—artistic growth. None of this is my “best work,” but it is all just as much a part of my identity as a designer.

Out of the Pods
Working with the team at Waveform Social, I created a new, fresh look for the Out of the Pods podcast. With a mix of bold and dainty, the striking typography carries the brand voice across all online media.

Daze
One of my first branding projects, daze was a fun exploration of brand identity and graphic design. After concepting out the product and brand, I put together these brand guidelines and simple mockups to convey a nostalgic yet current tone.

How Me Am I
“How Me Am I” is a book written by seasoned creative strategist Nina Laliq and cognitive neuroscientist Dr. Bob Deutsch. I was responsible for creating the web experience for the book, which sought to reflect the principles of the book—discovering your self-story—in a bare, stripped-back manner. The visual identity heavily relies on the tonal teal and bright pink, with an emphasis on negative space.

Edmonds’ Cafe
Working with a team of consultants from UC Berkeley’s student marketing agency (ImagiCal), I worked on creating the brand identity and brand guidelines for Edmonds’ Cafe.
